We are considering offering limited property maintenance support for healthcare and clinical environments.

Through our work with occupational health clinics and medical facilities, we frequently encounter minor building and maintenance issues that affect safe operation, comfort and compliance. Examples include small repairs, adjustments to work areas and general upkeep tasks that do not require major building works.

The intention of this service would be to provide practical assistance where a contractor may not be necessary, particularly for healthcare settings where familiarity with clinical environments is helpful.

Typical areas may include:

• Basic fixture and fitting replacement

• Workplace layout alterations

• General upkeep within clinic spaces
